General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a privacy law issued by the European Union (EU). It refers to companies and organizations around the world since its entry into force on May 25, 2018. This regulation sets out the way in which an organisation handles or uses the personal data of EU citizens, including organisations based outside the EU.
The SRL JyRafl applies to itself as faithfully as possible, this legislation informing the visitors of its website the following items:
1. Transparency
During the consultation of this website, personal data are included in the following cases:

2. Goal
The data collected is used to:
- inform you about our news (news, events, information related to the race,...)
- to enable you to enjoy the benefits offered by our partners.
- receiving information related to the latest news, promotions, news from these partners
The collected data may have been shared with these partners for the purposes mentioned above. Please refer to the specific conditions for the use of your data in accordance with the RGPD.
The statistical data collected via google analytics, we serve to optimize the operation of the site and the fluidity during your visit, but also to measure statistics of our pages via google analytics, to gauge the interest in our content.
The SRL JyRaf agrees not to share, transfer or sell the collected data with third parties outside the partners mentioned above.
3. Accuracy and quality of data
During your registration at our sporting events, an e-mail is sent. You can send the information with the confirmation of your acceptance and consent.
4. Minimum data processing
In doing so, we limit to a minimum the amount of information associated with each person, taking into account that we have the potential to contact you by email, post or telephone.
5. Retention period
The SRL JyRaf stores the data for a period of up to 10 years. At any time you are free to request the deletion of your data.
6. Security and lawfulness of data processing
The SRL Jyraf agrees to enter in a secure way this data on a server protected by a firewall, and give access only to those involved in the processing of your request.
7. The right of access to your data
You have a right of control and correction of data in connection with your use of our website. The deletion of data will take place in the office after 10 years from the date of receipt of the forms you filled out.
