Accompanying a competitor on a mountain bike or motorised vehicle is strictly prohibited. The route passes through an area frequented by walkers (adults and children). Respect for all users of the route is essential: please do not shout or startle anyone…
⚠️ External assistance is permitted only in the refreshment stations set up by the organisers.
It is forbidden to climb over hedges, fences or property walls outside the designated access points.
Both participants and members of the public must take care to respect the environment by observing at least the following measures:
- Pets (dogs) must be kept on a lead
- Please respect the peace and quiet of the wildlife, including amphibians and insects
- Please respect the wild flora (no picking or removal of flowers or plants)
- motorised vehicles prohibited on paths and tracks
- campfires and camping/bivouacking strictly prohibited
- littering and abandonment of rubbish strictly prohibited
- compliance with road signs (Highway Code applies)
- compliance with forest signage.
